The house is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped, and the setting in Bakoven is truly special. It’s quiet, private and feels like a calm escape, while still being close to everything you might want in Camps Bay and Cape Town. Waking up near the ocean and having such a peaceful base made a big difference for our family. Bibiana was very helpful and responsive throughout. The views from the house of Table Mountain, Lion’s Head and Camp’s Bay and the sunsets over the ocean were simply stunning. All of the bedrooms and reception rooms were light, airy and beautifully furnished; and the Penthouse pool area was the best for sundowners. The staff was able to answer all of questions and tend to any (rare) issues that came up.
